I have 3 minecraft accounts, all of which were originally Mojang and were migrated to Microsoft accounts, why don't I have any of the capes that I should have? I've went to minecraft.net and there's no option to enable capes. Source: 5 months ago
I have a server (hosted by Logic) which we tried to upgrade to 1.20.50 tonight. However, when the server starts it shows that it's loading 1.20.40. Logic has tried to help me, and I've tried downloading the file directly from Minecraft.net, same results. I've blown away every single file from the server and tried fresh, it just keeps coming up as 1.20.40 and when my upgraded client tries to connect I get an error... Source: 5 months ago
So I used to mod back in the day on 1.12 and I tried to do it again on 1.20, does anyone have a (working) tutorial on how to get this to work because every time I press play on the modpack I have created on curseforge it leads me to this dumb "Migrate" screen, once I press it it brings me to minecraft.net where I am still logged into my minecraft account so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Yes, I logged in with my microsoft account to which the Majong Account was migrated. And after logging in on the profile page on minecraft.net, the game isn't there. I can only buy the game now. Source: 6 months ago

Hello to those reading, I got this laptop yesterday, that was second hand refurbished. It's a Dell Windows 11. I've been quick to downloading everything I need, and the last thing I'm downloading is Minecraft Java. I've already bought it on my old laptop so I've logged into microsoft on minecraft.net and I've gone through the usual downloading process. Source: 10 months ago

Hover your mouse over the "DEBIAN AND DEBIAN-BASED DISTRIBUTIONS"download link on https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download and it links to https://launcher.mojang.com/download/Minecraft.deb. Don't know WTF you're going on about Mojang distro and not on minecraft.net (it is). Same official Minecraft installer for Debian works on other distros like Linux Mint. Source: 10 months ago
I am trying to obtain the V2 of the Minecraft 1.14 textures. I went to the minecraft.net site where they were, however the link didn't send me to a download. Does anyone have the V2 copy of the textures? Or a way I can download them? Source: 10 months ago
I bought a new Minecraft account like 3 months ago. I played for a while and stopped. Now I decided to download Minecraft again and play. I logged on minecraft.net with Microsoft account. Clicked to my games and it says I have to buy Minecraft. I mean I can download the launcher, but it doesn't say I own the game. I can only play demo but not the full version. What am I supposed to do now? It's not possible to... Source: 10 months ago

I figured that if I had paid for a Minecraft bedrock edition on my Switch, it should be possible to log in with my Microsoft account on minecraft.net I would be able to download a bedrock version for free. Is this possible, or do I just play on my switch? Source: 10 months ago
That is in survival mode, which is a survival game that I wouldn't reccomend for children under 9. Creative mode is a bit more like lego and I think that's what they are referring to. I would check https://minecraft.net for a better explanation of survival mode which is much more complex. Source: 10 months ago
