  Google mindbloom.com It is an amazing therapy that has done WONDERS for my self-image, and just general anxiety and depression.   If you are in the US, it is fairly easy to get Ketamine therapy as it became legal in 2019. It's closer to $400 a month though, but has a larger staff from what I gather, and offers zoom therapy with your treatments (sometimes there's a 100 off coupon -- not right now unforch, just checked-- maybe next month).
