I'm Jorge, founder of MiEventto. For the past 22+ years I've run Chorcha Entertainment, an event production company that's put on 100+ large-scale events โ corporate activations, brand experiences, and our own festivals like HOLI Dance of Colours.
Every one of those events taught me the same lesson: most event software is built for ticket sales, not for the actual operational chaos an agency deals with โ chasing guest lists across spreadsheets and WhatsApp, then reconciling what you quoted a client against what you invoiced weeks later.
MiEventto is the tool I built to fix that. It handles event logistics and QR-code guest check-in, and connects the quote, purchase order, and invoice (CFDI) into a single record per event โ so sales, ops, and finance stop working off three different files. It's not a ticketing platform; it's built for agencies and companies running events that were never about selling tickets in the first place.
It's available in Spanish and English, and we're currently onboarding event agencies directly โ if you run events for clients or for your own company, I'd genuinely love your feedback on what's working and what's missing.
