  You can actually use Metafy for this. After creating an account, you either provide a YouTube link or upload the video file to your vault, then you can make comments that pop up at different times. This was designed so that you could make comments before sending it to a coach, but you can enter your own comments and don't need to pay for a replay analysis before getting the video up so no reason you can't use it...   Metafy.gg has coaching available from various levels of competitive player. But you'll have to pay for it. I've been fortunate enough to have hodsic review a couple of my vods and I still use the things he's taught me in game every time I play.   I don't know of any servers for strictly coaching, but the competitive LoR streamers are probably who you want to look for. I know FreshLobster does coaching for subscribers. If you hang around in chat there's always the chance you could be gifted one.   In terms of coaching, you could try setting up an account on metafy.gg or a similar website. I would try streaming so people get to know you if you want to go that route. I don't think boosting is a thing in this game, but even if it was it's against Riot ToS so you would not get information about that here.
