I'm pretty sure this is not McAfee. McAfee can probably spell malware properly. Anyways, you should download some sort of antivirus to see if it can find anything. Malware most likely, if more than 1 or 2 security vendors say it's unsafe, it probably is. Definitely delete that. If it's undeletable, get Malwarebytes (free or premium), and add it to the quarantine, from there, delete it permanently (Malwarebytes should give you an option inside the quarantine to delete it).
