MailSenseAI is an email tracking tool for Gmail. It installs as a Chrome extension and reports real-time open, click, and reply signals for the messages you send, shown in a sidebar next to your inbox and in a web dashboard.
Unlike most free email trackers, MailSenseAI never appends a "sent with" footer or tagline to outgoing mail on any plan, so recipients don't see that tracking is in use unless you tell them. A one-line consent footer can be enabled workspace-wide or per send for teams that need it, and an audit log records what was collected.
Rather than stopping at the open, MailSenseAI weights intent using opens, link clicks, replies, and how a thread behaves over 72 hours, then drafts a suggested follow-up when a thread turns warm. A "Chase Now" worklist ranks open threads by real engagement so you can follow up in priority order. Apple Mail Privacy Protection prefetches and the sender's own self-opens are filtered out to keep open counts meaningful.
The free plan includes unlimited tracking plus 3 AI follow-up drafts per month. Pro adds unlimited AI drafts, full analytics, and per-link click analytics. A Team plan with leaderboards, API access, webhooks, and admin roles is planned.
