Email round robin for Microsoft 365 team inboxes, forwarding each allocation to the right person’s normal inbox.
A startup from London, the United Kingdom.
This page is designed to help you find out whether MailCalm is good and if it is the right choice for you.
MailCalm is a native macOS application for Microsoft 365 team inboxes. It fairly routes new enquiries, leads and support requests to eligible team members and forwards each allocation to the recipient’s normal inbox.
MailCalm handles availability, individual schedules, replies, returning customers and specialist enquiries before using fair round robin. Ordinary staff do not install MailCalm or use another dashboard, helpdesk or shared-inbox platform. They simply receive the emails they are responsible for in the inbox they already use.

MailCalm provides focused email round robin for Microsoft 365 team inboxes without introducing another shared-inbox platform. It forwards each allocation to the right person’s normal inbox, so ordinary team members do not install MailCalm, use a dashboard or learn a new workflow.
Choose MailCalm when you want ready-made email round robin rather than building and maintaining your own Power Automate workflow or adopting a broader helpdesk platform. MailCalm quietly handles fair rotation, availability, schedules, ownership, replies and returning customers while the team continues working normally.
MailCalm is designed for small and growing teams that receive new enquiries, sales leads or support requests through a Microsoft 365 team inbox. It is particularly useful for the manager who currently has to distribute those emails manually or oversee an unreliable informal process.
MailCalm began with a real problem in a busy print business. I wanted incoming enquiries shared fairly between the available team without moving everyone into a helpdesk or another shared-inbox platform. The available options were either broader than we needed or required building and maintaining the workflow ourselves, so I built the focused round-robin application I had been looking for.
MailCalm is a native macOS application built with Python and PySide6. It connects securely to Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph and is distributed as a signed and notarised Mac application.
