I looked on lowendmac.com, the Plus can have 4 MB of RAM and it has a DB25 SCSI port out the back, so it's theoretically possible if you restrict yourself to the software I used here. I couldn't get any version of Netscape to work, a 68000 and 4 MB of RAM just isn't enough for it. Source: over 2 years ago
