You could try searching on liquidspace.com. There are a ton of listings with types of spaces and prices all over the place so you'll have to sift through it, but there are some cheap and decent looking ones. I used it for a one-time thing a couple months ago and it worked pretty smoothly. Source: about 3 years ago
