   It was built by an engineering manager who kept losing context between 1-1s. The notes existed, spread across docs and memory, but walking into a meeting there was never time to reread them.    The backend is .NET with PostgreSQL, the web app is React and TypeScript. It runs on AWS in the EU, and the AI features are powered by Claude through Amazon Bedrock. All AI work happens asynchronously in a job queue, so the app stays fast and usable even when the model is thinking.
