kiwilaunch is booking and scheduling software for small service businesses, on the web and iOS.
Take bookings your way. Add an embeddable booking widget to your own website in about three minutes (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly and others), or use a standalone booking page on your own custom domain. Both accept bookings around the clock, including outside business hours, and carry your own branding, custom labels and localization.
One calendar. One-off appointments, recurring bookings, packages, courses and capacity-limited classes sit together. Each staff member has their own shifts and their own calendar, and team members are unlimited from the Business plan up. Two-way Google Calendar sync keeps both calendars aligned so nothing double-books. Service areas cover businesses that travel to the customer.
Payments in the same flow. The business connects its own Stripe account and keeps its own payout cycle. Customers pay at booking, or you send a payment link, keep a card on file, issue a refund, or charge an additional amount from the dashboard. Tap to Pay on iPhone takes a card in person with nothing but the phone, so there is no reader to buy or carry. Card numbers are stored by Stripe, not by kiwilaunch.
Integrations. Zapier through an API key you generate, Zoom for video meeting links created automatically on online services, Google Calendar, Google Analytics on your own Measurement ID, and PayPal alongside Stripe as a beta option.
Pricing. Free is a permanent $0 plan with 100 bookings and no credit card, not a trial. Solo is $9 a month, Business $39 with unlimited team members, and Scale $99 with assisted onboarding and enterprise support. Free, Solo and Business carry a 1% transaction fee; Scale halves it to 0.5%.
