KIPN.AI is a free analysis tool for n8n and Make.com automation builders. It takes a workflow's exported JSON (workflow.json or scenario.json), parses it in-browser, and generates an instant static report flagging reliability risks, cost waste, AI/LLM usage issues, security gaps, and missing error handling โ no signup or execution required.
It targets vulnerabilities: fragile nodes that break silently when a third-party API changes, premium LLM models running on tasks that don't need them, duplicate calls that should be cached, missing retries on external calls, dead branches, and unhandled errors that silently drop data. The pitch is "the responsible adult in your workflows" โ it surfaces problems and trade-offs but never rewrites your logic; you stay in control of fixes.
The report includes evidence-backed findings, scores (with score caps), positive signals, and a visual flow map. There's also a companion JSON Sanitizer for stripping credentials/tokens before pasting sensitive workflows in. It's built by a small team with engineering/ops backgrounds, targeting automation engineers, workflow builders, solopreneurs, and small teams โ currently running in demo mode and free.
