Kik Is Not Shut Down
IT's still very much alive and "kiking" - I'm in several group chats at this very moment on there, and I just had friend of mine download it - YESTERDAY... their "kin" crypto got smacked down quickly - but kik is very much alive and ad supported lol .... Might want to move this from the "product graveyard" into the directory of living apps

👍 Pros: Self governing interest / location based groups (like a chat version of a subreddit)|Anonymous|Free speech vibe

👎 Cons: Chats and group are all in one thread, and not organized in any particular fashion which creates a cluster-f*ck and is really hard to keep track of conversations esp if people change their avatars often
