Thank you @mfc248 on Twitter for this discovery! You can see the matchups for yourself by logging into https://jeopardy.com and navigating to the “Semifinals” on the Tournament of Champions web page. It was greyed out for me when I checked in Firefox and Edge, after initially using Chrome. Then I logged into my jeopardy.com account in Firefox, and the semifinals tab showed up. Source: over 1 year ago
I printed out the Tournament of Champions bracket at the jeopardy.com Tournament of Champions page and I saw something interesting. In the Champion! Box it has FINAL SCORE: in dollars. Why would it be there? The champion is going to get a set amount for winning no matter the score. Unless the final score will be added to the set amount for the winner. For example, if the champion gets $250,000 for winning the... Source: over 1 year ago

Well deserved win for Danielle. gotta play to win (e.g. High bets on daily doubles) to beat an elite player. 'web domain' was a pretty good guess for jeopardy.com, and it might have been a case of knowing too much about the topic rather than not knowing enough. Source: almost 2 years ago
The jeopardy.com statement "*All 4-time and over winning players starting from 01/05/21 will be eligible for a future Tournament of Champions" makes me think they might show up in the (presumably less competitive November 2023 tournament. I don't really know what "eligible" means though. Source: about 2 years ago

My real problem with the exclamation point: the show can't decide how tall it should be! It started out taller than the other letters, back in 1984, but quickly was shrunk so the top lined up with the top of the letters, but the dot was higher than the baseline.
