Either you need to pay an arm and a leg, or you need to trade two interviews that you do for others in exchange for a single interview that you receive. Pramp is much better in that respect.   If it had been me, I would have sold the site to someone else, just like the people who started Pramp.com sold it to Exponent after getting nice jobs at Big Tech companies. Of course, Exponent could have destroyed Pramp's reputation by trying to monetize it too quickly (just like interviewing.io did with their site), but thus far, as far I can tell, Pramp (the free peer-to-peer interviewing part at least) still...   Unfortunately from personal experience, certain demographics will see it as creepy, however over time you will get used to interviews and wont stutter as much. In my first interview I stuttered on every sentence. I recommend https://interviewing.io/ to get used to tech interviews. Source: almost 2 years ago
