Industrious provides flexible shared workplace solutions and canvas to teams of all sizes at every stage since 2013. Expanding its footprints to 25 U.S. cities in 2017, it grew revenue by 150% annually over the last 3 years and has left behind other leading coworking businesses.
When looking at the raw number of offices (outside of Scottsdale and Atlanta), WeWork heavily outnumbers Industrious in major markets. However, in terms of price, Industrious undercuts WeWork in nearly every city. That's a big deal for bootstrapped startups.
Industrious is well represented with locations in 24 cities and plans to expand to six more. However, WeWork generally has more prestigious addresses in the same cities. For example, while both WeWork and Industrious have Manhattan locations, only WeWork’s is on Wall Street.
