I tried to register for the DARE freshman orientation course only to realise I need access to my ichat account to do so. I follow precisely the instructions on the "Accessing your ichat email" PDF. I take special care to ensure I typed the correct email only to find out that the account doesnt exist
I think you should double check the email address (paste if they've sent confirmation to your other email) and set a new account password if you haven't @ https://idms.sp.edu.sg/. Source: about 2 years ago

[Poly] Somewhat lost on orientation programmes at SP
I don’t think you need your card to access SPICE actually. I activated my SPICE account before I even got my card, well, after my info has been matriculated already. I just go to https://idms.sp.edu.sg, set up a new password, go to outlook and log in. Source: about 3 years ago
