I apologize in advance if this is not a right place for house hunting. But all the websites out there have fake house posting. I bought premium subsription of housing.com. All they've given me is false house posting or housing that has already been acquired. Source: 11 months ago
Anyone knows how do I go about it? How to contact brokers? Are sites like Magicbricks, housing.com reliable? Source: 12 months ago
You can find Rent Houses by visiting housing.com or magicbricks.com. You can use filters that can help you to find rental houses according to your requirements along with the details of the property. You may also use the nobroker.in or the NoBrokerHood app (by asking a particular society community) to find a home with low rent. Hope this will help! Source: over 1 year ago
I looked up on magicbricks, housing.com, etc. For rent. Avg cost of rent (a good one) for 3bhk is around 50k and the deposit is around 1.5-2l range. So if it's advisable to take a rent, what would be the optimal price of of 2bhk and 3bhk rent in koramangala? Also, is it advisable to search for rent on the field or book via these broker websites? Can deposit be negotiated or paid in installments? Is there anything... Source: over 1 year ago

Also, there are many many many fake listings on housing.com. These frauds who pretends to be house owners will ask money BEFORE you even see the building. Don't fall for that. Source: over 1 year ago

People beware housing.com might contain scammers .If you come across listing like below https://housing.com/rent/10399680-800-sqft-2-bhk-apartment-on-rent-in-wilson-garden-bengaluru. Source: over 1 year ago
Knowing how much similar properties are selling for can help you with this. You can use websites like www.magicbricks.com, www.99acres.com, and https://housing.com to research the prices of similar homes in the area you're considering. You'll be able to get a general idea of how much similar properties are selling for, so you can keep your expectations realistic. Source: over 1 year ago
Also if you have a big budget you can check out housing.com. I personally find it way too overpriced, but they accept guarantors, allow sharing, and have videos of apartments on their website. It's just good to consider all options, you never know. Source: almost 2 years ago

I agree, this place is definitely more than a little bit scammy. It also depends on area as well I guess. When I was looking for place to stay, I mainly relied on housing.com and the local advertisements on boards. Worked for me. Just keep searching, I think you can find a reasonably good place within 13k . All the best . Source: almost 2 years ago
Places I've tried- housing.com, magic bricks, FB groups. I have found a couple of places that I am going to look at later today. However, if you have any leads on trustworthy brokers or general suggestions about decent localities in south Delhi (I'm thinking Malviya Nagar, Green Park, Lajpat, Saket)- pls pls pls reach out. The last few times I have moved, I have used Facebook groups but I feel now lesser people are on it or its mostly brokers or PG owners. I also looked at housing.com but co-living there means a PG with all it's restrictions. Any one has better ideas as how to go about in my search? Source: over 2 years ago

I am shifting to Delhi (Saket) on 3rd December because of job. I am looking up housing.com for accommodation. I got a few broker contacts from there. They will show me some places when I reach Delhi.
