The time lapse trick is one too - I took this video specifically because I was struggling to focus - because I don't want my time lapses to be of me wandering off onto Reddit when I should be studying.   Is it possible to find a study buddy? What I mean by a study buddy is just anyone who needs to get work done too, they don't need to be studying the same thing. I meet with a group of students over zoom each week and we all study together in silence for an hour (writing, reading, classwork, etc).
