Umm my current job I was found by an internal recruiter threw hired.com. I have gotten multiple interviews where I directly applied for the roll. This include final round. Source: 5 months ago
I don't like LinkedIn, but in Canada, there are excellent offers at Indeed.com, Levels.fyi and my favorite Hired.com, a friend also recommended simplify.jobs. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
Are those private hiring boards worth it? (hired.com, otta.com, underdog.io, etc). Source: 7 months ago
You're not the first to come up with this idea by the way. https://hired.com/ for example does this. Source: 10 months ago
Have you considered contract work? It would get your foot in the door and get you a paycheck. Get a free resume review at https://www.topresume.com/ and make sure your LI profile matches it. Also, do a search on your job position and make sure you are maximizing key words so the ATS picks up your resume. You can also post your resume to hired.com and let companies interview you. Best of luck! Source: 10 months ago
Maybe you want to take time to see what's out there on LinkedIn, weworkremotely.com, hired.com, and wellfound.com. Source: 11 months ago

Try sites like AngelList (now wellfound), hired.com, interviewing.io. And keep going. You'll find something. But yeah, keep things up to date, repos alive etc. Not sure what your locale is. But, I am talking from a biased perspective in that regard. And always make sure what your building can bring some value to your life too. Who knows. Good luck. Source: 11 months ago

Similarly, I've had some success connecting with companies on Hired. As a new grad, you might not get any hits there. But, the idea is that you post your profile and let the companies come to you. It's certainly worth putting up a resume and seeing what happens. Source: about 1 year ago
For what it's worth to anyone who reads this, hired.com is only for "software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers" as per their website. I am not any of those things, but as the majority focus of my work has been for tech-based companies I went ahead and created a profile - they have to approve it, which they may not since I'm not their target audience ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but I'm desperate so we will... If you are more interested in the startup side of things - you can look at stuff like the fintech50 or something like this. There is also services like hired.com - although not sure if they serve Germany. Source: about 1 year ago
Can anyone point me in the right direction – referrals to companies that are hiring, etc.? I am based in the US and am open to any kind of software development roles where I can contribute and grow. I have applied to over 100 companies, from FAANG to banks to some I've never heard of. I have not heard back from a single company. No companies have reached out to me on LinkedIn or various other sites (Indeed, Dice,... Source: about 1 year ago

I took some interviews on hired.com a few years ago and they flew me from South East Asia and put me up in a hotel for a couple of nights. I would venture to say these were startups with a lot of funding or growth that were desperate to onboard talent quickly. I think it really depends on the candidate and your desperation to fill the role. Most interviews can be conducted online now. Before you fly them out, talk... Source: about 1 year ago
He can try something like hired or hiredhippo. Both of these solutions are used to try and match people with employers. Unfortunately, finding a job has become a game of resilience. If I were him I would just continue throwing my hat in the ring. Source: over 1 year ago
Hello everyone, for last month I was actively looking for back-end developer positions (mostly with python and starting out with golang). I tried platforms like talent.io, hired.com but not too much of success for now. talent.io operates in a couple of cities within Europe. Nothing yet from hired.com. Source: over 1 year ago
Hello! I'm a non-EU-citizen with 8 years of experience in the US, interested in taking a full stack or front end engineering job in one of the countries below. I'm looking for general thoughts and guidance - what would you do in my shoes? Any particular job search websites you'd recommend besides the obvious ones, LinkedIn and Glassdoor? (I found Honeypot.io which includes Germany, and I would also try hired.com).... Source: over 1 year ago
You should try hired or talent.io. Many tech companies recruit directly from there. Source: over 1 year ago
