I have a https://hidratespark.com/ bottle so it automatically adjusts my intake as well as flashes on the bottle if I've fallen behind. Plus it automatically uploads to my phone how much I've drank. Overkill, I know - but it's helped me keep hydrated. It does usually come close to half my body weight (it knows how much I weigh) in ounces. Source: about 3 years ago
Get a Hidrate Spark water bottle. Solid app, and it lights up and sends notifications to bug you to drink water. It also logs how much you drink. Source: about 3 years ago
I bought a waterbottle called hidrate spark that flashes aggressively at me to remind me to drink water, it has helped a ton. Source: about 3 years ago
Anyone have any good suggestions on either strategies to drink more water or a smart water bottle that I can use that accurately tells me how much water I should be drinking and helps keep me accountable? I'm trying to increase my water intake and it's not the easiest thing in the world specifically when my routine changes (i.e. Work travel and so forth). I haven't found a good strategy yet but as far as water... Source: over 3 years ago
Tbh the thing that gets me through it is the Hidrate bottle. I set it to 80 oz and it reminds me to drink water and tracks if Iโm behind. Best tool out there for pregnant moms wanting to drink more. Source: over 3 years ago
Ahh ok, as I sad I use hidrate Spark which is a bottle that logs water intake automatically. Registering the consumption is not the problem, what happened was the inefficient Siri not being able to read the data and telling me how much I had already taken in the middle of the day. So I am trying to build a smart waterbottle just like hydratespark, Https://hidratespark.com/ And after a week of research I found esp32 which has BLE, wifi, and other sensors built-in that too less than 5$ would be a perfect fit. However I'm skeptical if this is going to work well, I'm currently building an app which will be connected via bluetooth and will be synced with the esp32's bluetooth, And maybe design... This changed my life. Seriously. I thought it was a silly purchase when I gor it. I have used it every day for the past 18 months. https://hidratespark.com/. Source: over 3 years ago
I am on my first flare up- I was diagnosed last year. I feel like I do this to myself because I just donโt drink enough water. (Some of you may know what I mean- I just donโt like the taste!). But, I found this bottle that reminds me to drink, it lights up to tell me what a good job Iโve done and I can track my intake on my phone and Apple Watch! You can compete with others- it has added a little reward system... Source: over 3 years ago
Https://hidratespark.com/ will do that much more cost effectively. I have one and a bunch of coworkers have purchased as well. Source: over 3 years ago
Totally get you. I got one of these https://hidratespark.com/ as a freebie this year and it's changed everything. It lights up, buzzes my phone and my apple watch to remind me to drink water and it tracks the amount you drink and sends it to your phone/apple health. Totally overengineered but for someone that forgets to drink water actually helps. Source: almost 4 years ago
I know you didn't ask for this but I love mine https://hidratespark.com/ and a bunch of coworkers have joined in with me. Source: almost 4 years ago
So, Iโm already sold, but how well will it stand up to hidratespark bottle. Source: almost 4 years ago
Https://hidratespark.com/ This does the trick for me! Reminds me I need to drink, and it has some gamification in getting days streak ๐ . Source: about 4 years ago
At Papercity238 answered your questions -let me offer something that worked for me with the water. I bought a Hydrate Spark Pro which tracks you water and reminds you when it is time to drink. You can set a amount you want to drink and the duration to get it done. I am on water cruise control and can easily drink my gallon before 3pm in the afternoon. The water bottle is not cheap but it was worth every penny.... Source: about 4 years ago
I ended up going with a smart water bottle : Hidratespark. It tracks how much water you have had through the day and the bottle itself will light up when you need to have more. It took that and reminders on my phone for me. Source: about 4 years ago
Have you tried the bottle from Hidrate? Not sure if it will help but here you go: https://hidratespark.com. Source: over 4 years ago
Iโm having trouble getting my water in too. I recently bought a smart water bottle to help me track better and it has been great. https://hidratespark.com. Source: over 4 years ago
