  I've just found this amazing website that allows you to create your own gridded paper. You just have to choose the type (dotted, squared, lined), the size, and the opacity of the design. There's even a pentagonal grid for chemistry. My favorite paper is the dotted one with a 0.5 separation between each and very light when printed out. Go check this website out, it's completely free.   As you suggested, you're looking for short grain b4 paper that you can fold in half to make long grain b5 folios. The paper is available of course, it's more a matter of the graph design. It might be worth searching for large format graph paper and cutting it to size or, if you have the means, buying the paper you like and using a printable design tool like gridzzly to get the graph printing.
