I have a domain purchased: example.com that points to my public IP, as well as a subdomain that points to plex.example.com, and I go through DuckDNS to maintain a static public IP. I have tried changing my example.com back and forth between http/s inside of godaddy.com and it doesn't seem to be making a difference. The image you posted is of a godaddy page on the godaddy.com domain, not on the domain for sale. In your case the forwarding to GoDaddy is working, when I checked a few random domains listed for auction on GoDaddy and a few pages parked by GoDaddy a few days ago the forwarding wasn't working and each browser I tried showed the SSL warning page. My guess is that if the URL changes but the "network" tab doesn't show any new "Doc" files being loaded (this is how Twitter works apparently), I'm using an SPA.
