Twitter seems to have made an exception for archiving via the Internet Archive, so you can view tweets and profiles via https://web.archive.org/save if needed. I really hope that the Internet Archive will survive after all. From what we know, the organisation will likely only end its controlled digital lending project, not the Wayback Machine. There are also other website archives, such as archive.is and ghostarchive.org. Source: over 3 years ago
