They put the Dolphin emulator on xbox, I think if modders try, they could do something to make it happen. I mean, there is a minecraft plugin that allows bedrock players to join java servers. I’m currently using oracle free tier to run my minecraft server, has run fine for me and 10+ people for a year or so. Uptime is very good. Some things I recommend is to use Ubuntu instead of Oracle Linux (which is annoying at the best of times) Make sure you use the Ampere A1 instances as they give a lot more processing power and RAM than the micro instances.
