  Ok to be honest, I got tired of buying games at a ridiculous price so someone told me to use g2a.com and holy. I've probably saved atleast 200 dollars in just the last month on games.   I have fond memories of playing this one when it first came out. I was dismayed to find it wasn't readily available through Steam, though you can buy a Steam key through g2a.com to unlock the download.   It's been a month now and still no update, G2A support says it takes them 3 days for their support to reply, the timer expired and they didn't even respond. I don't know what business you're running here, but if you can accept payments, you should be able to accept refunds too when you failed as a company.
