Over the past 10 years our platform has seen cycles: upticks in deals around the end of year and beginning of the year, then stable throughout the spring with a tiny decline in the summer...but nothing too consistent/significant that we would call it a "trend".   Super bias since my platform (BuyAndSellABusiness.com) helps people buy and sell businesses, but my vote is house. Like Walt Disney said: “never neglect family for business”.
