You write them in Jinja2, Liquid or Handlebars, or tag a Word or PowerPoint file, preview them in an editor that paginates like the final PDF, and render them with one API call. A CLI keeps templates in Git with snapshot tests and pull-request previews, and release channels let a template change roll out like a deploy. Rendering and storage run in Frankfurt (EU) by default.
Switching is quick: apitemplate.io, PDFMonkey and jsreport templates import directly, and an apitemplate.io-compatible endpoint keeps existing integrations working. Data stays in the EU by default, with rendering and storage in Frankfurt and the sub-processors listed publicly. You choose the template language (Jinja2, Liquid or Handlebars) or use Word and PowerPoint files, with helpers for money, dates, QR codes, GiroCodes, barcodes and charts. Developers get SDKs for TypeScript and Python and a CLI, agents get an MCP server. Pricing is in EUR and simple: one unit is a PDF of up to five pages or one image, and 100 units a month are free.

The website is built with Astro, the docs with Docusaurus, and billing runs on Stripe.
