Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Flow Webinars.
  1. What makes Flow Webinars unique?

Flow is engineered as a webinar/event platform, not a meeting platform. Its main focus is to make webinars simple, effective, and helpful in building the FLOW of an event or a webinar with Storyboard™ (patent pending). The second is to minimize the host's overhead (assigning presenters, loading/switching modules, etc). This includes pre-recording content easily (mitigating last-minute issues with presenters) and fully automating webinars with no host/presenter. Thirdly it helps repurpose webinars (recording as well as old webinars, and pre-recorded content). Lead generation and engagement are key factors and Flow comes with tools for collecting a complete set of attendee information and measuring engagement with custom metrics (with Engagement Manager™). Cloud hosting is one of the key concerns and Flow provides 20 GB+ cloud storage for replays.

  2. Why should a person choose Flow Webinars over its competitors?

    Flow is,

    • Curated for webinars and events over meetings
    • 3-in-1: Create webinars/events, meetings and webinar rooms, all under one software
    • Web browser-based: Supports any web browser on any platform, without having to download/install software, and apps
    • Supports live, on-demand, pre-recorded, mixed, fully automated events and webinars
    • Provides 4 hosts, 20 GB+ cloud space for recordings, and is budget-friendly. Try for 30 days
    • Assisting customers with their promotional needs and social media promos (especially for startups)
    • Superior customer support over the phone/live chat/email and on social media. We do not take ages to follow up, and all customers are treated within an SLA with high priority.
  3. Which are the primary technologies used for building Flow Webinars?

    WebRTC/HTML5, Amazon AWS, Azure, Kurento

  4. Who are some of the biggest customers of Flow Webinars?

Omnovia technologies served/serving customers such as Amazon, Hubspot, Great Place to Work, AAPC, EACTA, Alcon, Sergent CPE, ABC Food Law, Forex.com, Vtrneder (crypto/forex) and many more in the U.S., Europe, India and around the globe.

  5. What's the story behind Flow Webinars?

Over the past 20 years, we have operated as Omnovia Technologies and built one of the leading Webinar platforms, Webinato. Our team patented webinar automation technology, and our platform is used by start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

Despite its success, Webinato was not delivering on a key experience we wanted to provide our clients – the power to organize content in advance and launch modules when presenting and simplifying the hosts’ experience to the minimum number of actions possible to moderate and have your mind on your presentation and not the meeting tools and interface. On top of that, we wanted to allow customers to automate parts of their storyboard (leveraging our patented webinar automation technology) provide an HTML5 experience and say goodbye to software downloads that continue to be used by industry leaders today. We started building Flow in 2017 and are excited to get it in your hands today. We think you’ll like this.

  6. How would you describe the primary audience of Flow Webinars?

Flow is used mostly by B2B clients. Startups, SMEs and large enterprises utilize Flow as it is simplified into 3 packages targeting all three segments alike. Standard subscription targets startups, individuals and other organizations (including enterprises) interested in event-based webinars with cloud-hosted replays. Elite targets organizations and users who are more regular users who need a permanent webinar room and unlimited meetings but without the need for recordings. Our last package Prime, focuses on permanent webinar rooms, 10 events per month and unlimited meetings (all in one) with cloud recording for heavy users.
