So making a card with a 50/50 height ratio should be easy if you use something like flex and hide any overflow from the title, for example. Having text always contain the same vertical and horizontal space is less trivial. You'll have to dynamically calculate the width and height of the container, and dynamically adjust the size of the text. This will likely require some JS. Maybe check out Percentext, Fittext, or...
