Use the version you see on getfedora.org - don't worry about all the folks that insist on looking "cool" by using pre-releases and discuss "issues" in a group not monitored for development. 2) The next step is to download "Fedora 37: x86_64 Live ISO" from getfedora.org. Before you drag it on your USB-drive make sure to install ventoy [www.ventoy.net]. About your card, you're not going to get it to work on Ubuntu 22.04 (or 22.10). The software it ships is simply too old. You need Linux 6.0 (6.1 is preferred; 6.2 will be even better, when it comes out), LLVM 15 and Mesa 22.2 (although a newer version would be better as well). Ubuntu is the gold standard for generic starter distro. I use Fedora, which provides a stock but modern Linux distro (systemd, pipewire, Gnome, etc) and with slightly newer package versions tan Ubuntu. Others eventually get into Mint, Manjaro, or Arch. Source: over 3 years ago
