I'm having a lot of fun chatting with characters using Faraday and koboldcpp. Faraday has a great UI that lets you adjust character profiles, generate alternative model responses, undo, or edit dialogue, and experiment with how models react to your input. It was mentioned before but it is great https://faraday.dev/ 2000 tokens free for customizing and many modified models without any censoring. Runs under Windows and Mac - even without Nvidia GPU. I tested a lot of models and "Llama 2 - Nous-Hermes 13B" worked best for me so far (Windows 10, 5900X, 32GB Ram, Nvidia 3800RTX) And btw. it's for free and doesn't send any data into the cloud while using it, so...
