I've fought with PayPal for a very long time for these same reasons, and I finally won last year, and received a settlement payout (basically the money that was in my account, worth $6k). The condition was to never use their products / services again, but totally worth it. No, I absolutely have not washed my hands of the $1000. I was just amazed that they unfroze my account. I have obviously removed all of my money from them and I have joined the class-action lawsuit by emailing William [Costelliwcostelli@cpmlegal.com](mailto:Costelliwcostelli@cpmlegal.com).
