    So sorry you are dealing with this. Not sure if it will help, but I use a program called f.lux (https://justgetflux.com/) for Windows that adjusts the lighting on your screen. It's intended to make the computer light mirror the daylight (filtering the blue light in the evening), but you could set it to filter out the blue light all the time I believe.
