Expiro is a contract renewal tracker for agencies and freelancers. Know which contracts expire before they cost you clients. Free for up to 5 contracts.
A startup from the United Kingdom that is founded by Piotr Wasilewski.
This page is designed to help you find out whether Expiro is good and if it is the right choice for you.
Expiro is contract renewal tracking for agencies, freelancers and small teams. Add each client contract with its end date and notice period, and Expiro sends alerts at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before it expires - and before an auto-renewal notice window closes, which is the deadline people actually miss.
Contracts go in fast. Paste a list from a spreadsheet, add many at once in a grid, import a CSV, or upload a contract PDF and the end date, notice period and auto-renewal are read on our own server - no AI, nothing sent to another service.
Alerts go where your team works. Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat, Mattermost, Pushover, ntfy, SMS, a webhook or browser push. Each contract can route its alerts to its owner, and a renewal pipeline shows where every renewal stands, with comments and mentions for the team.
Pricing. Free for up to 5 contracts, with no end date. Every new account starts with 30 days of the Growth plan, no credit card, then moves to the free plan - nothing is locked or deleted. Paid plans from $19 a month.

It watches the notice deadline, not only the end date. Most contracts that renew without anyone wanting them to do so because the notice window closed unnoticed, so Expiro alerts before that window closes as well as before the contract ends. Alerts go to 12 channels (email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS and more), and contract dates can be read from a PDF on our own server, with no AI involved.
Expiro does one job - making sure no renewal or notice deadline is missed - without the drafting, e-signature and approval workflows of a full contract management system. It is free for up to 5 contracts with no time limit, paid plans are a flat monthly price from $19, contracts go in by pasting a list, importing a CSV or uploading a PDF, and alerts arrive where the team already works.
Agencies, freelancers, consultants and small teams who manage client contracts, retainers and supplier agreements, and who today keep their renewal dates in a spreadsheet, an inbox or a calendar.
I built Expiro after seeing how easily important renewal dates disappear inside spreadsheets, inboxes and calendars. The date is usually written down somewhere. What is missing is something that watches it and speaks up while there is still time to act - before the notice period closes, rather than after a contract has rolled over or lapsed. So I built Expiro. Simple, focused, does one job well. - Piotr Wasilewski, founder
