Erioun is the personal ATS for job seekers โ the same system-of-record discipline companies use to track candidates, flipped to work for the candidate instead.
The core mechanic: every application you track gets its own dedicated email address (e.g. maria.pavlou.284@apply.erioun.com). When a recruiter replies, it lands under the right application and is automatically classified โ interview, assessment, offer, or rejection โ with one-tap Undo if it gets it wrong. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf; every email stays yours to approve and send. Erioun never reads your personal inbox.
Beyond the self-updating tracker, Erioun includes: - CV Fit Score โ an instant match score between your CV and a job description before you apply, showing fit, gaps, and your strongest CV version - Opportunity Radar โ 10,000+ live openings pulled from company career sites and job boards, refreshed daily and ranked against your profile - Application Workspace and Interview Prep tools to manage the later stages of your search
Erioun is EU-built and GDPR-native: you can export or delete all your data at any time, and nothing is sold to third parties.
Plans start at โฌ2.99/month (Starter, 20 active applications) up to โฌ29.90/month (Premium, 3,000 active applications), each with AI coins for fit scoring and drafting, alias email quotas, and CV storage that scale with plan tier. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Erioun is built by a solo founder in Thessaloniki, Greece, after watching a close friend's job search collapse into ghosting and disorganization with no system behind it โ the standard job seekers deserved to have all along.

Erioun came out of watching someone I care about go through a job search that slowly wore them down. Not because they weren't good enough, but because nothing around them was holding the process together. Replies got buried. Interviews got missed because a follow up email disappeared into a crowded inbox. Weeks of effort just quietly leaked away with nothing to show for it, and that feeling of doing everything right and still losing track of your own life was the part that stuck with me.
I built Erioun so that no one else has to carry that weight alone. It gives job seekers the same tracking discipline companies use to manage candidates, except this time it works for the person on the other side of the process. Automatically, quietly, in the background, so the only thing left to focus on is actually landing the job.
Erioun is the only job application tracker where the tracking happens on its own. Every application gets its own dedicated email address, so when a recruiter replies, Erioun reads it, figures out what it means (interview, assessment, offer, rejection), and moves your application forward automatically. You get a one tap Undo if it ever gets something wrong, and nothing is ever sent without your approval.
That same alias system also works as spam protection. Since every application uses its own unique address instead of your real inbox, your personal email never gets exposed to hundreds of job boards and recruiters, and any spam that shows up is easy to trace back to exactly where it leaked from.
Erioun is also built and hosted in the EU, GDPR native from the ground up, so your data is handled under some of the strictest privacy standards that exist rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
If you're applying to more than a handful of jobs, the real problem isn't finding openings, it's keeping track of what happened after you applied. Recruiters reply days or weeks later, across dozens of threads, and it's on you to remember to update your tracker every single time. Miss one, and you show up unprepared to an interview you forgot you had, or you keep following up on a role that already rejected you.
Erioun fixes that directly. Instead of you updating anything by hand, every application gets its own email address, so replies land, get classified, and move your board forward without you touching it. Huntr, Teal, and Simplify all still expect you to do that tracking yourself. Erioun just does it for you, and adds a CV Fit Score, a daily updated Opportunity Radar with 10,000+ live openings, and GDPR native data handling on top, starting at โฌ2.99/month with a 14 day free trial.
Active job seekers applying to multiple roles at once. Professionals managing a real search across several companies at a time, who want less manual admin and a clearer picture of where each application actually stands, rather than casual browsers applying to one or two jobs.
Erioun is built with a strong preference for EU based vendors wherever possible, since strict privacy and data protection are core to how the product is run, not an afterthought. Lettermint handles the email infrastructure behind the alias system, OVH is our hosting provider, and PostHog powers our analytics.
