I would also take the further step of using a text editor that supports encryption, so that even if an attacker can read files from your computer are using the USB stick, it will still be protected. EncryptPad looks like a good easy to use option, personally I use gVIM, but it's a bit technical. You can also use an encrypted notepad, like EncryptPad. This will password protect the text file as well. Then you have the text file password, OneDrive 2FA and Veracrypt protecting your seed phrase. Good to have if you forget to delete your seed phrase file off your PC. It's still protected even in storage. Source: almost 4 years ago
