  • M.U.G.E.N Roms for batocera retroarch
    So the program that the guy you linked is using isn't actually RetroArch, he's using a completely program called EmulationStation which works a bit differently and requires you to download the individual Windows emulators and set everything up a bit more manually. In this particular example, the Youtuber actually has M.U.G.E.N installed normally and is just using EmulationStation to launch it; much in the same way... Source: about 5 years ago
