1. How would you describe the primary audience of eExtend?

   Ecommerce merchants and store owners - particularly small to mid-sized online stores on platforms like PrestaShop, Shopify, and WooCommerce - who want AI-powered customer support, multilingual reach, and content generation without hiring a dev team or managing multiple AI vendors.

2. What makes eExtend unique?

   eExtend consolidates AI chatbot, translation, and content generation into a single subscription for ecommerce stores - instead of juggling separate vendors, API keys, and invoices, merchants get one dashboard, one credit pool, and one support team covering all three services. Every service shares the same synced catalog and brand voice.

3. Why should a person choose eExtend over its competitors?

   Most AI tools solve one problem at a time, forcing stores to stitch together multiple subscriptions that don't share context. eExtend replaces that stack with one no-code install, one flat price, and every AI service working from the same product catalog - so support answers, translations, and generated copy all stay consistent with the brand.

4. What's the story behind eExtend?

   The honest version: we didn't set out to build an AI company.

   We run FME Modules, where we've built PrestaShop extensions for over ten years. So we spend our days close to real stores and real merchants, and over the last couple of years we watched the same thing happen to all of them, and to us.

   AI showed up, and everyone started bolting it on one piece at a time. A chatbot from one vendor. A translation tool from another. Something else for writing product copy. Every one of them meant a new signup, a new API key, a new monthly bill, and a new dashboard to check. And none of them knew anything about the store they were sitting on. The chatbot couldn't see the catalog. The copywriter didn't know the brand voice.

   Our own store made it obvious. 150+ products across 8 languages is exactly the kind of catalog where translation and content generation should be effortless, and instead it was a mess of disconnected tools.

   So we built the thing we wished existed. One subscription, one connector, every AI service sharing the same catalog and the same voice. We ran it on our own store first, for months, before we let anyone else near it.

5. Which are the primary technologies used for building eExtend?

   eExtend is built on Django and Django REST Framework (DRF) for the backend, React for the frontend, with Redis and Celery handling background task processing and job queuing (e.g., AI request handling, catalog syncing, and async translation/content jobs).
