1. What makes EchoPilot unique?

   EchoPilot records on a device you already own, so it covers meetings that bot based notetakers cannot reach. A phone on the table records the room. The Mac and Windows app records your microphone together with the audio your computer is playing, so any call your computer can hear is captured at source. No bot joins the call and there is no extra recorder to buy.

   Everything it writes stays checkable. Each key point in the minutes is tied to the moment it was said, and one tap plays the recording from that sentence. Ask answers questions across your recordings and cites the moment each answer came from, so you can verify a claim instead of trusting it.

   Nothing leaves the app on its own. Commitments become action cards that you approve, and only then does anything appear in Todoist, Notion, Slack, a calendar or a draft email.

2. Why should a person choose EchoPilot over its competitors?

3. How would you describe the primary audience of EchoPilot?

   People who run or attend meetings that matter and have nobody taking notes.

   Consultants, freelancers and agency owners in client meetings, where the record of what was agreed decides the invoice. Founders and managers in one to ones, interviews and reviews, who need decisions and owners rather than a transcript. Researchers, journalists and field teams recording interviews and site visits they will review word for word. Anyone whose meetings move between languages. English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi are verified end to end.

   It is bought by individuals rather than procurement. One person, one price, no seats.

4. What's the story behind EchoPilot?

   EchoPilot started with a meeting that was never recorded. The notetakers on offer all assumed the meeting was a video call you could invite a bot into, and half of the meetings that mattered were people in a room, or a call taken on a phone.

   So the recorder became the device already present. Then the hard part began: making a four hour recording survive a crash, a phone call, a flat battery and a room with no signal. That is why audio is written to disk in segments as it goes, why the upload queue is durable, and why a gap in a recording is marked in the transcript instead of quietly stitched over.

   The last decision was the approval gate. An assistant that sends things on your behalf has to be trusted completely. One that shows you a card and waits does not.

   Nobody big yet, and we would rather say so than build a logo wall out of hope.

   EchoPilot is new. The recording underneath it is not casual, though: it has been through four hour meetings on real devices, in rooms with no signal, with the screen locked and a phone call interrupting halfway. That part was built first, because minutes are worthless if the audio was not there.
