The tools that exist either ignore your finances (Zillow) or ignore real estate (Mint). We built Doorstep to answer one question clearly: what can I actually afford today? And we update that answer every single day. We were founded by three Denver area natives, two of which are military veterans.
We're launching in January 2026 and currently building our early access waitlist. Our target users are first-time homebuyers across the United States, starting with Colorado where we are developing relationships with brokers. The app will launch nationwide, however.
