Sure. I personally prefer other Whois providers over ICANN (there are lots of Whois providers, including GoDaddy). I use domaintools.com because they show more data and I like the way they lay it out, including a visual country flag for the website host location. Now, these domains are long since expired and no longer are available in the official ICANN lookup but the issue is that the registrant info is still archived on sites like https://whois-history.whoisxmlapi.com/, domaintools.com and probably many more.
