If im in new zealand, and order a $2000+ drone from dji.com directly, they ship from china right? What value do they put on the customs form typically? Boohoo? Listen I understand that DJI will be taking a loss but damn why the fuck are you such a dickhead about it? Hell, I purchased the drone from dji.com themselves and when I emailed them about the return request they gladfully understood and would refund me long as I shipped the drone back to them out of my own pocket of course, if it hurts them so much they wouldn't let me return it at all.
