Citra is for 3ds games. While it should be compatible with ds games since the physical consoles are, this isn't true of the emulators. http://desmume.org/ has what you need. Source: 10 months ago
You should probably emulate the games, your 3DS is unlikely to be found Here is an Emulator r/roms is a good resource for ROMs. Source: 12 months ago
You can download DeSmuME (http://desmume.org/), which is a free Nintendo emulator. Then you wanna search up "Scooby Doo First Frights ROM" in Google, and download it. Then you can open the emulator, click on File at the top, click "Open ROM", then open the ROM file you downloaded to play the game. Source: about 1 year ago
Emulators 100%, mGBA for GBA games (My Boy for android, sprang for the paid version a while ago and don't regret it), DeSmuME for DS and Citra for 3DS. I do technically still own copies of most DS and 3DS games but I despise nuzlocking on hardware at this point and I tend to play romhacks anyways. I personally wouldn't recommend anything other than GBA games/romhacks for a phone, but maybe someone else has a... Source: about 1 year ago
You’ll need an emulator that you can load the rom into. Desmume (https://desmume.org) is a decent one. Source: over 1 year ago

Hey! So, I use MGBA for gba emulations (it can also run gb and gbc games if that's something you're interested in) and DeSmuMe for ds ones. I don't usually play 3ds games but citra works just fine for that. You can download them all in their official websites: https://mgba.io/ http://desmume.org/ and https://citra-emu.org/. The game has an in-built anti-piracy measure that turns all the dialogue into Borginian (an in-universe made up language, like what Leblanc (Case 2 witness) from the first game used) the patch is supposed to remove this measure but it doesn't work on some emulators for whatever reason. DeSmuME is reliable (i've used it myself to success.). Source: over 1 year ago
Yes. https://desmume.org is a DS emulator that works on macOS and has very good compatibility. I don’t see any issues with it running SimCity Creator. Source: almost 2 years ago

That's the correct download, if you go over to desmume.org it links to that github for the newest release and sourceforge for the older version. It's safe. Source: almost 2 years ago
Step 1. Download an emulator. Desmume for DS games, and mGBA for Gameboy ones. Source: about 2 years ago

I use Visual Boy Advance for GBA games and and DeSmuME for DS games. Both are free and work well in my oppinion. They also have a way to speed up gameplay for grinding. Source: over 2 years ago
He is! If you don't have a DS emulator I recommend Desmume to get Investigations 2 because the (free) fan translation's the only way to play it in English. But if you didn't play the first AAI you should do that first because a lot of main characters from that come back. Source: over 2 years ago
For a reliable emulator I used Desmume personally. Source: over 2 years ago
Well, all I know about it is that when I've used emulators like DeSmuMe, there's been an option to double the game's speed. I assume it could also be used to slow down time, and that VMs (essentially being an emulator for operating systems) could do either of those too. So running a sentient AI on a VM and multiplying how fast time passes could let them have a massive amount of time to think or work on something,... Source: over 2 years ago
