This page is designed to help you find out whether DeliChain is good and if it is the right choice for you.
DeliChain is the catering platform built for national supermarket chains.
Most retail catering operations run on spreadsheets, phone orders, and per-store improvisation. DeliChain replaces that with a single platform that centralizes the product catalog, enforces per-store capacity and lead-time rules automatically, generates production plans for each department, and processes payment through Nexi/Nets — all under each brand's own storefront and domain.
The platform supports multi-brand groups: a single backend can power a mid-market brand, a hypermarket brand, and a premium grocery concept side by side, each with its own catalog, branding, and store network. It is currently live with 3 brands across 100+ stores in Denmark.
DeliChain is built for chain-scale catering: hundreds of stores, dozens of departments, thousands of orders, and the operational rules that come with running prepared food at retail scale.

Blockchain-Based Food Supply Chain
DeliChain leverages blockchain technology to bring transparency and traceability to the food supply chain, allowing consumers and businesses to verify the origin and journey of food products.
Enhanced Food Safety
By tracking food products from farm to table on an immutable ledger, DeliChain can help quickly identify sources of contamination and improve overall food safety standards.
Decentralized Trust
The use of blockchain removes the need for a single centralized authority, enabling multiple stakeholders such as farmers, distributors, and retailers to share verified data in a trustless environment.
Reduced Fraud and Counterfeiting
Blockchain-based tracking makes it significantly harder for bad actors to introduce counterfeit or mislabeled food products into the supply chain, protecting both brands and consumers.
Improved Efficiency
Digitizing supply chain records on the blockchain can reduce paperwork, streamline logistics, and lower administrative costs associated with traditional food supply chain management.
