As a test, I used https://deepart.io to take this map and apply this map as a style to it, and it came out with this, which is... ok-ish? It might be worth playing around with. Deepdreamgenerator.com is what I used for this one. I also use https://nightcafe.studio/ and deepart.io It's a form a Deep Learning called DeepArt where you can take any image you want and apply it's style to any other image you want.
