Fellow Vroom victim here! I did, in the end, get a refund of all my $ I had sent them. No car, but at least my money back. Same kind of story as yours. What someone mentioned to me was that they had left a review on dealerrater.com, and then someone from vroom had contacted them. Give it a whirl - couldn't hurt right?
