I used Cushion for this and I canโt recommend it enough. It does exactly what youโre describing without the need to build out a system in another project management software and itโs designed for freelancers out of the box. It also has built in invoicing and income projections for the year which I found indispensable for justโฆmaking sure I made enough money. It does cost money (I want to say $119 a year?) but for... Iโve previously tried Harvest and found that it was just quite heavily geared towards teams (whereas Iโm just one person). Iโve also tried Cushion (cushionapp.com), which does seem great and do most of what I want, but doesnโt integrate with Xero (thought it says it does - the integration doesnโt work). I've seen an app called cushionapp.com, which looks potentially like it could work for me, but it doesn't appear to integrate well with Xero, so probably not what I need. I've also seen stuff like Harvest and Harpoon, but in honesty I get a bit overwhelmed looking into this stuff, as there's SO much out there and so many features I probably don't need.
