  They were open source when I was working at Autodesk also. I just got over ambitious and tried to write a whole new slicer in rust, for... reasons. Basically I'm opinionated about the structure of a slicer as well, and I wanted this as an excuse to learn rust. And I got about 75% of the way through a working slicer, and then had a kid.
