  I use the Cron calendar app. Lets me seperate my calendar and it syncs with my Google Calendar. I can also set notifications for important tasks on my calendar. I normally set my calendar the night before so that I can schedule everything then and I don’t have to think about it the next day I just let the notifications guide my actions for the day.   I'd actually wait for Cron to come out, it's a new calendar app that's currently in closed beta, and it has been actually bought by Notion, so presumably it will be closely integrated! Seems to have some very nice features though! Source: almost 2 years ago
